Heather, we rented a cabin in Robbinston on Boyden Lake, close to the Canada border. We visted Eastport, Machias, and even traveled over to Canada and saw Roosevelt's summer home in Campobello. We had beautiful weather.

Since this is school related... I was just curious... if you had the chance to go back to school and pick the one thing you wanted to learn more about or do what would it be.

I would really take some vet classes. i do not want to be a vet but I read everything I possibly can about horses. And it interests me how you can breed this horse to that and get which color and attributes etc.

And then I also would like to sign up for a photoshop class. I am totally self taught and I think about taking a class sometimes. I can do what I want to, but I could probably do so much more.


okay those are the things I would like to take some more classes on.. I have more but that is a few. Maybe next year when the kiddo hits 1st grade and is there longer.

Anyone else? Curiousity has me today...

I don't think its the subject as much as the teacher. I loved science when the teacher was good .... and hated it when they were boring. :cool: I took several classes in photography with the darkroom and all the fun that entails. Loooved it. Also learned to do all styles of handmade prints ... so if I could go back, I'd like to be an art teacher for high school students. Its fun to try alll kinds of art. :D

I'm sure this is a silly question. Since I sent my word list in before the #28 situation was resolved, some of my list is numbered wrong. For example, I sent #29 as basketball and on the current list #28 is basketball. I assume I go by the actual words called, not the numbers?

I spend 4 hours today in the emergency room with a severe asthma attack.
They put me on steriods for 5 days to clear my lungs up and the have a recheck in 1-2 weeks with my doctor.
Have been laying low all day since it tired me out.

Oh Kathy. I know how scary it can be to not be able to breathe. I watch my son go through it every once in a while. This morning he said to me... "not to scare you mom, but my throat is gunky, listen to my chest. " So I listened and he is okay. but he is 5 and knows the drill. Almost the time of year to start on the haler once a day again. <sigh> he hates it. I hate it. but it works.

I hope you're feeling better Kathy, I've had attacks also and they are sooo scary! Since I got a HEPA vacuum cleaner, washable air filters, switched to unscented cleaning products and no spraying of chemicals--it helped lots and I'm off all the inhalers. It took awhile, but for me chemicals were a biggie, and perfume--no more perfume! But mine was all allergy based and finally getting those figured out helped immensely. Take it easy, your body needs to recover.

Still using my inhaler and nebulizer daily.
Go back to my doctor on wednesday next week.
It sure has zapped my energy.
It doesn't help that I had bronchitis and pneumnia this last spring and it took 2 months to get rid of it.
