In honor of Halloween I am doing the Make it your own challenge featuring my Trick or Treat File. Make anything with it and be entered to win a Free File of your choice from my section of the store.

In Honor of this being the 1st Birthday of VDBC each person who submits thier creation will be given a file I am working on called Always Kiss Me Good Night.
Details below:


So join in the fun! All entries are Due by October 31st.

You will receive a download link which contains this file in it in a PM here at the forum.


Please make sure this is turned on in your CP (control Panel).

Post your submission here on this thread.






So lots of time to create.



You must commit to create at least one project with this file by the due date.

First, You post in the Sign Up Thread and the link and password for 4shared will be PM’d to you here at the forum. Something you should know right off the bat. The link and password for the cutter file challenges will be sent out through the Forum’s Personal message system. Here's mine. I have used a digital scrapbook paper printed on some card to make the front of my card. I have embossed the "Trick or Treat" and used a glitter gel pen on the lollies!

I too thought that I was too late to "enter" but still wanted to share "our (my 3-1/2 and my) creation".

We just acquired the "witches" from my M-I-L, and they are pretty much our only decorations up this year as our house is torn apart... so this worked out well!

It was great to use for my halloween decorating. I also made a little candy treat box and put the title on it, but those pics came out blurry, I'll try to add that later. I plan on using it for this years halloween layout too.

Wow Angelina, am I impressed! Great display--I still need to put up my Halloween decorations, no little kids around here and my college kids groan when I ask them to help me. I'm working on a few projects, making a card for this challenge to send to my neice and nephew, they love my cards and tell me that every time I see them. So of course I send them quite a few.

Ok, I finally got this one finished--here's a Halloween card I made, inside and out, hope you like it! The card base is yellow--I'm not sure why the colors turned out so weird--I "grunged up" the words with distress ink--love that stuff!

Thanks for all the nice compliments. We moved two years ago and started over with decor. Last year I focused on Christmas decor and now I'm working on Halloween. There isn't any money to spend for things like this, so it's great to have my craft products and the Silhouette. My kids are still young enough to enjoy it and I love doing it, when I can find the time. It gives the kids and I a chance to work on something together besides homework.

Here's what I did with this month's file. I used the candy to create a spider. In the pic you can see that on one of them I cut parts off to look more like legs. My 14 yo liked that one better but I just liked it as candy. I used googly eyes and pop dotted one of the spiders.

Sorry I did not get on last night, but this was a great file and I am sure I will use it over and over again. These pictures are from 2006, so I have many more Halloweens to use it. I also used Lori's aka Beloved Keepsakes pumpkin faces mix and match file.
