Like one of my favorites was the star wars quote in the quote challenge! I didn't expect to see it and it made my smile.

Ooooh, good idea! I liked having to choose your favorite files because it made me go through the files and get an idea of what you had. I had never viewed your entire store before, only the categories I was interested in! Same for the other designers/sellers on here. I also liked having to post some of our projects according to theme because I got alot of inspiration and ideas from the others on here. I was glad all the challenges didn't require projects, though, because I can't crank 'em out that fast! Most of them were pretty easy, just luck of the draw! So, I guess I'm saying I liked pretty much all of it! It was a good (busy :~)) weekend! Hope it was successful for you! Congrats!

I have to agree with Ginger-- they were ALL fun! But to pick one...hmmm
I think it was a tuff challenge on Lori's 25 NEW files...like a treasure hunt or
scavenger hunt, to go back n forth, guessing which one was new. It was fun!
I just totally let my hair down and had a blast during the whole celebration!
When trying to explain to my family, I told them it was like an 'online retreat'!:D

I would have to say my favorite was the garden one because i am a huge gardener. I just love flowers and being outside on beautiful sunny breezy days.

To choose one favorite from the challenges is very hard but in looking at my notes- I would have to say that my favorite overall projects were by rpcrafter- in the pirl power one I loved the textures that I felt like I could feel even through the screen, in the Flower challenge I loved her tags on the flowers to let you know what they were, in the outdoor challenge i loved her use of patterned paper- so if I have to choose 1 favorite her work would be it of the entries.

WOW! Thank you for the wonderful compliments Rebecca. That just tickles me pink. Usually the only people to see my work are my kids and hubby, so I don't get much creative feedback. They just want to see the pictures and don't pay particular attention to the other details. So THANK YOU so much for the awesome feed back!

I enjoyed all of the challenges myself. It sure kept me busy! I didn't get much prep work for my retreat next month, but it was well worth it!

I loved the guessing game of Lori's new files. I thought I was familiar enought with her files because I am ALWAYS looking at her site for new files, but there were a few tricky ones there.

I also liked the list your favorite tool thread, it gives me ideas about new tools, that I may not have in my collection.

I liked the "Girl Power Challenge" and my favorite submission was from "Pam in SD", I think it was entry #3.

By the way, can anyone tell me what grunge board is? I went to two local craft stores and asked and no on had any idea, just thought it might be something like chipboard. Thanks.

I enjoyed each and every challenge. It was such a fun weekend! I did have a couple of favorite layouts from the various challenges. In the Outside Having Fun challenge, I really liked the layout by Renae (rpcrafter). The colors and paper combination worked really well together. In the Flowers & Gardening challenge, my favorite was the layout by Pam in SD. The flower is gorgeous and I just love the border on the bottom of the page. Great job ladies!

It smells like leather. I love cutting grungeboard with the KNK, cuts great.

I don't think it smells like clean leather, more like musty. I took mine outside to air out, which helped. Wonder if the grunge paper smells?

I would love to get my hands on some of the grungepaper. I must wait though as I overspent my scrap budget big time this month...lol
Oh and the fact I can't play until the end of this semester... Is it December yet??

I loved trying to keep up with all the challenges. It made it easier to have fun that we didn't have to have a layout completed, but could just post a photo. You offered a large variety, and that stretched me. Once I tried a couple of the styles that were out of my comfort zone, I really enjoyed them. So, I guess the challenges as a group were my favorite.:D
