Mel, it looks great. Pastels are just lighter colors than our loud and brights. We just have to use them more and "feel" the colors. :D

Here is my entry for the Feb. Grab Bag Challenge. It is a Hersey Kiss/Hugs holder. I save ones from Christmas so I have the green ones for St. Patrick's Day. They are still OK. I had to try then out of course. :) It uses the 'Shamrock Mesh" (adhered to acetate) and then the "Luck of the Irish" on top. One photo is closed and the other is open. Hope they aren't too large to post.

Here's my card--so frustrating when the colors don't photograph well. I used Chris' flourish frame and a new rubber stamp set I got, used my pen tool for the greeting. Colored in the embossed design with watercolor markers. The background color is soft yellow, the other colors are light lavender and a med purple, the ribbon is soft lavender polka dot--lots of shine which doesn't show up!

I did 3 pages using the Grab Bag files. I cut so many extra pieces to play with, that I'll definitely be doing more pages with these.

I was especially pleased with how "February" looks in a non-Valentine color. More of a heritage style, I think.

Chris, That is why I test cut in actual colors I want to use, that way, when Im done, I have a finished product. And put it in my scrap rack, and then just go looking when I need some thing.
