Hey I'm hosting the May BINGO!

Sign-ups are until May15,2010 Midnight!

First word will be called on May 16, 2010!


1. You will choose 15 words from the list of 31 below.

2. You will send an email to VDBCBingo@gmail.com with your list of words. Also, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FORUM NAME in the subject line. DEADLINE IS May 15th at 12:00am (midnight) EST. First word will be called on May 16th. So don't wait, get your list in today!

3. Everyday you will need to check back to this original post in this thread, and see if one of your words are called! All words called will be updated in the next post, SO, it will be up to you to come back here and check! I will usually call a word, but you never know when I might call it. So you will need to be on your toes and check in frequently! Who knows, there might be more than one word on some days! Also watch for our challenges. Which will be posted with the word called for the day

4. Once all 15 of your words are called, post on this thread. The first to post, calling BINGO, will win! (I will verify the winner with your selected words that you emailed! There can be no tie, because the winner will be determined by the FIRST PERSON to post on this thread calling BINGO!)

Great! ;) I know I said I'd list everyone but I've just plain ran out of time. My hubby thinks we have to clean up the mess from this storm. Well we got lucky, Just nasty hail and some tree limbs down. Neighbors lost 2 barns, town had no power, about ten poles came down and crossed RR tracks. CSX closed down for a long while. Hope you all were lucky too. So, looks like Monday or Tuesday. :D

I am just reading this Ginger about your storm and damage. WOW. We had a microburst the other day and ripped the top off half our barn. I had to run through the desert with my neighbor to get the pieces so they wouldn't fly up and hit anyone else's house/car etc. They were about 1/4 mile away. ugh. My hubby is planning to repair some this week.

Check your "sent mail" for a message sent to VDBCBingo@gmail.com. Then you should be able to find your list. :D
And- they will also check against what you emailed to see if you really have bingo or are the biggest loser.

This was a digital layout I did for a digiscrapping class I was taking about a year ago.
These are pictures my DH took from our SCUBA diving trip in Hawaii 2 years ago and it uses Chris's diving file, which is one my favorite files of hers. And the coral head in the picture is one of DH's pictures that I extracted out. He takes some great underwater pictures.

These layouts were great! I loved the "leave only your footprints behind." We spend a lot of time out doors and we hate to see so much trash left by others. It's so depressing. Last weekend we went for a walk and there was so much trash, my 7 year old said we needed to bring a bag next time so we could clean it up....sweet and sad that a 7 year old has to notice what some adults didn't.......

I only have 2 of the words this time...it sounds like I'm off to a slow start like some of the others..... :-) I can't complain though, I still haven't had 2 seconds to use the great files I won last month..... <wink>

THANKS everyone for your good wishes about my ouchy root canal. Long story short.. I forgot my iPod (STUPID) and when I got in there... during the procedure, I held my hands together and twiddled my thumbs (around and around and around). My feet kept moving back & forth. The dr. was using a microscope and watching a screen to determine exactly where he was in the tooth. At one point he said "Whoa... the microscope is shaking too much! In fact, everything is shaking. In fact, I'm feeling a little sea sick! If I wasn't feeling so awful, I would have laughed! A little lingering pain left... oh, was that when I saw the bill?! Out of shock!!! lol

I'm sitting here with mayo on my head... it STINKS!!! I was supposed to use a deep conditioning product twice this week (before tomorrow) and now it's tomorrow and I haven't done it. SO, mayo was necessary (it's a great deep hair conditioner by the way). The problem is, I was supposed to use mayo with olive oil and I only have LIGHT mayo!!! Hope it's the same.. I am right there with you, Lynn. I also have just 7 words so far.

I didn't end up able to do much over the holiday weekend. My son was sick and I somehow hurt my lower back and could barely move. Luckily after resting up over the weekend, it is finally starting to feel better. As my husband so nicely put it, we aren't 20 anymore. It is a lot easier to hurt yourself as you get older. I had to remind him that we are only in our mid 30s, hardly OLD. :) But he may be partly right because I have no idea how I hurt my back in the first place. I am just glad it is on the mend. Being laid up is not fun at all.

Kelly! Sorry to hear you hurt your back. That can be devastating! It's true the older you get, the easier you get hurt and the longer it takes to heal. Fortunately, I am in my 50s and have managed to stay fairly healthy. I do go to the gym, so that must be helping! Feel better & better!

Kelly sorry about your back and I hope your baby is feeling better.
We didn't do much here either. We did a little yard work and cooked a little. Just chilled out mostly.
I had to go pick up baby Kate since her other mamaw had a sore throat and running a temp. I wasn't planning on babysitting until Thursday/Friday but this will work out better. This Sat. we are having my dd Jennifer (Kate's mom) a little baby sprinkle (Small baby shower)

My hubby is pasted out on the couch, worked 16 hrs there, he says it was horrible and loads of people that didn't need to be there. ;) Oh and will be surprised if the firetruck and ambulance from his department don't end up with flat tires. Nails everywhere. He said they only ran over 1 fence in the road, couldn't see it until they were about 5 feet from it. 7 dead as of 7 pm (still missing some). :(


Just so you know these Lake Twp. and Milbury, Ohio tornado's were between Jen A and us.

Hey guys! All is good here. I think Jen is OK, She posted yesterday. :D I live about 10-15 min south of this tornado area in Ohio. Basically 280 - 20 split my road goes straight south from it. Also, everyone has been accounted for with only the 7 deaths. Thank god no more! So glad school was out! :D They did say they think it was a 3. Any number of kind is to many!!


Also, Lynn B, has not been able to post to the board for some reason. We are working on that fix. So, she needs "Friends" and if you don't need it and it is called can you yell Bingo for Lynn B. I didn't think it was fair for me to call the words and yell bingo for Lynn. Told her I'd let you all know. :D
