I visited a blog recently that had a picture a day. I don't know if I could keep up with that, but this is what you would see on my counter this morning. My hubby has cleaned off the Lemon tree. Here are some of the Lemons that I need to figure out what to do with. Thinking about Juicing them and freezing. What do you think? Any creative ideas? I'll take them.

Thanks Deb. They are beautiful.

So I am going to slice a bunch up and freeze them in slices. I have a glass jar that has a tap on it for drink. And I love to make lemonade juice and put the lemon slices and a few raspberries in it so that it looks pretty on the food table.

But wow. so many lemons. :-)

Your lemons are beautiful! First make iced tea with lemon, and lemon pie, lemon bars. DH loves fresh squeezed lemon on fish and salads. You are so tropical compared to me! At least the snow is melting today.

Hey Chris--I STILL have tons of lemons on my tree--do ya' need some more? I've been giving them away, hauling them to work--and my DS and I squeezed a huge shopping bag full last week--(you know, the kind you get from some of the dept stores, not grocery stores) and I froze it in quart size double zippy bags, froze them stacked in a plastic food storage container and then once froze, moved them into the door of my big freezer, they fit nicely on one of the door shelves cause they were flat. One quart frozen makes a gallon of lemonade--let me know how it works to freeze slices, skin and all, I tried peaches last summer, froze them on a cookie sheet and then put 'em in a ziplock bag--but they all sort of stuck together anyway. I have to nuke the bag, take out the sorta thawed ones to throw in my smoothies! I love the ideas of lemon bars, pie etc but it's tough when you have to eat GF!
