Some have larger "holes" you could use to lace fabric ribbon or fibers through or fill with brads, eyelets or buttons. There is a design with smaller holes you could use for embroidery thread or stitching. Use small pieces as lace collars or lace edging for you paper doll creations or layer them on a page for a cool decorative effect! Let your creativity shine through!
