Here is my lo for Mays sketch challenge. I sure enjoyed this challenge. Thanks Chris.

Photo is of my DH at the 2008 Nation Tractor Pulls..Fire crew (he is the last one on the left)
I tried to stay with the colors of the suits and red for the FD.
I used Chris's free files for the challenge, firefighter shield is Eddita's, and the flames are Mary Powell's burning heart cut from true flame vinyl (cut some of Chris's from the same vinyl).
Sewing was on my sewing machine in red and white.
Used the pen tool for the writing and them the black Spica glitter pen to highlight it.
A few fire stickers on the tags.
Screw head brads.
Journaling is my own messy hand writing.

Believe it or not it isn't cammo paper at all. Amazing huh! It is a border with different color hearts on it that I cut up. Here is the pic of it sorry it is so fuzzy couldn't get a good photo..

I just now completed my May Challenge. Nothing like waiting until the very last day. I used BG Boxer printed paper, the files from the sketch Chris made, and I thought I needed a motorcycle, I found one of Lori's, so I just had to get it. THis is my DD who moved to AZ, they took a road trip last weekend, and they look so happy.

First to Rose and Chris for the challenge, and fantastic files. Second, for all the nice compliments on my layout.

I did check out all the other layouts, and I am always fascinated to see all the interpretations. Great job, everyone.

I haven't been able to spend much time here this past month. I did want to do Rose's challenge, but that is all the cropping I have been able to fit in.

Chris, your files really blow me away. They cut like butter. On the Bazzill, I do make two passes, just to make sure.

Rose, Jackson and Heather are both doing fantastic. He is growing like a weed. Heather went back to work April 22, but is off now, for the month of June.
