- Each and every time you access this website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Visual Designs Services dba www.VisualDesignsbyChris.com and its vendors are independent contractors selling on consignment. If you have a problem or question relating directly to a product, please contact the vendor privately. (All email addresses can be found on the

Visual Designs by Chris, its owners, its creative team members, and its advertisers are not responsible for the quality, originality, or completeness of any item sold by any of the independent vendors. The independent vendor is responsible for the integrity of the items sold within the store, the shipping and the customer service.
- Please read the TOU files for the individual terms of each vendor. You may not share, sell, or distribute files downloaded from Visual Designs by Chris.
- All PayPal payments must be cleared before downloads can be accessed and items are shipped. If you pay by PayPal via e-check, we do not receive any funds into our account, nor are we guaranteed any, until your payment has cleared, so please be aware that your order will be delayed until it makes a final clearance. There are no refunds or returns on any of the items listed in our store due to the nature of our products.
- Visual Designs by Chris is not responsible for any damage to your computer, files, electronic equipment, or self resulting from the use of our website or services, whether we are at fault or not. Visual Designs by Chris is not liable for any damages, including loss of revenue, from such damage. While we try to maintain vigilance in this regard, we cannot guarantee that all files are free from viruses, that is up to you to scan files and protect your computer and equipment. Visual Designs by Chris is not responsible for copyright issues relating to files for sale at this site. Every files integrity and liability issues are the responsibility of the independent contractors selling at this site, If you see files that are in breach of a copyright, notify us immediately at the contact email on the contact page and the files will be removed until the dispute is resolved.
- Items are sold on an as-is basis, and refunds will not be issued for any reason. We will do our very best to help rectify the issue you may be having with your downloadable product. But we do not offer refunds or returns.As is the standard in the digital industry. We are selling you a digital file and only that file. For a finished product you will need to have working knowledge and experience with use of the files and we cannot control the outcome. And are not saying the designers can do so.
