Lots of questions about the store well here are a few answers.

Where is my download link? If you for some reason have not received your download link. We have put together a brief tutorial on how to access your downloads through the store. Also, additional information about download time frames and number of downloads are listed on the tutorial page. It can be viewed, HERE.


I login to the Forum why can't I login into the store? The store and the forum carry two different login systems for security purposes. So you can use the same login information for both. However, you will have to register twice.

What am I buying exactly?
If you are buying an Electronic Digital Cutter File you will get a download link for your file. You are buying that download file.

If you are buying Digital Scrapbooking products, these are also download files and after your purchase has processed you will receive a download link from the store.

If you are buying a Scrap for Others Product, please read each individual description. They are detailed and explain what you are purchasing. Each independent provider is responsible for getting that item to you as advertised.

I just got my digital cutter and have no idea if I will be able to work it with a purchased file?
All of our files are test cut and worked for your smoothest cut.  More intricate cuts always run a little more smoothly with a little practice. All the files can be cut with a basic working knowledge of your machine. If you have any other questions, you can post them at the forum and we have a wonderful group of people who visit and will answer questions as they can. We are also working on tutorials and other information as our forum grows as a knowledge base.

Will I need to find a font to work with the file I purchase?
All of our files are converted so the font no longer exists within the file, but is an image and will work with everyone's computer. You will not have to seek out fonts to cut or cartridges. They will cut as is.

I never used the file I purchased?
All electronic files are non refundable. Once you purchase them they are yours. We hope you will be able to use it for another project and we do not offer a refund on these items.
