I really wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the work you do on your files...I bought a file the other day and paid 6.99 for it...it turned out to only contain the SVG file - which I can use in SCAL...but I need to work on it the way it was sold...it took me 2 hours to break it apart in Inkscape (which I hate) then I had to import and resize everything in SCAL....for that kind've money I want to open the file in SCAL...spread it out into the different color sections...and cut...5 minutes at the most if I have to resize it... I can't say enough good about your files...I will most definitely keep that in mind if I ever make a file...that lumped together SVG is not what people should get...

I really can't stress enough how easy I find it to use your files...paper piecing them together takes a little time, but adding the "fiddling" makes it not worth the time it takes to make it....guess you've spoiled me!!!

Thank you for the prompt service!  I liked the personalized frame/matte of my family name.  Thanks for all of the different files.  I have several cutting machines and it is nice to be able to cut the personalized frame/matte for all of them.

Also, thanks for putting a notation (in the 2nd qtr QMC) on the Ribbons 2 file that was up for sale this weekend.  I was almost going to buy it when I noticed the notation.  I appreciate it very much that I didn't have to spend any extra money.

I really like your designs.  I do enjoy your sales and I do take advantage of them when I see something I like.  Many other designers are now starting a quarterly membership but I never quite like their designs to really sign up for it.

Hi Chris,

First I want to let you know how I am LOVING your designs!!  I got a chance to download the ones I bought through the store the other night and test cut each one.  They are amazing....my husband (who is NOT into this stuff) keeps commenting how detailed and gorgeous they are.  Thank you so much for sharing your talents!

Chris, I finally have had time to download files so far, and I am soooo impressed--and thrilled! I think your Love to sew idea is very clever; I just love the handmade bow edges and can't wait to use them on a card; the essentials will be incredibly useful; I've been wanting exactly the type of flowers you made with the flowers and a bee--I could go on and on. And I sooo agree with the gal who said we don't have to touch your files--they cut perfectly. Being a member has such benefits! Thank you for your fantabulous work.

I'm going to love it. Several weeks ago when we were visiting DS,..
he *caught* me downloading one of your files to his computer
- emailing it to myself at home - then deleting it from his computer.
He gave me quite a hard time, all in good fun, of course! This is a much easier solution.
